Adriana was born in Phoenix, AZ and moved to Oak Park, IL with her family at age five. She expressed her creative prowess early in life through music and art. At age 15, she received a scholarship to attend the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where her professor Katherine Jost opened her eyes to the true value that art holds in her life.

Adriana’s style focuses heavily on nostalgia and humor. She often jokes that Steve from Blue’s Clues inspires her, but that the attitude of her work comes from street and graffiti artist, David Choe. Her biggest inspiration, though, comes from her two children, Avi and Uli. Being a mother fuels the lightheartedness of her work.

Today, Adriana has begun to shift her artwork on the roots of her education in impressionism and neo-expressionism.
